I agree with your_waitress, it's definitely a fun shot. Her expression is great, the 80's earrings rock, and the composition seems comedic to me...what with the woman in the near-Bono sunglasses in the background and all.

is that her arm or someone elses? did someone justslap her across the face with some real tacky arm accessories? she looks pissed. well she should be, she's wearing those dreadful clip-ons. and who's this "terminator II" lady in the background....she's on a mission?! maybe she's a vampire.
