Nice shot! First I think the number is lighting but I saw he's is painting, and in thr corner some light or some else.

Thanks all! This was actually painted on the road at an art fair, but the lighting made it look really odd...so I shot it! Glad to know so many of you got the Hitchhiker's Guide reference...I'm a huge Douglas Adams fan! :)
