That's a beautiful picture - very well lit and composed.

Rape of the Sabine Woman, right? One of my favorites. I love the location of it in Florence (the replica I believe, the one near the Palazzo Vecchio). All those statues in that loggia together is fantastic. Great shot of it - really captures the drama of the piece.

Yep...this was taken outside the Palazzo Vecchio in Florence... I'd love to say that I was just there this weekend, but I decided to open the week with a photo from my archives! :)

Hi, I stumbled on your site and I must say, you're very good at what you do:) I'm truly a novice when it comes to photography, but I really enjoy looking at great shots, especially on your photoblog and the community Buzznet.com too!
cheers, and keep that camera clickin'! ;)

I didn't know whether to comment on this photograph or your previous one, but both are beautiful. This one is so artistically expressive! :-) well done.

Great shot. Florence is awesome. I was there late last year - got some nice shots too. Must admit I got blown away by so much beauty - it was breathtaking. Like you work.

I love florence, I wish I had been more into photography when I was there. This is a great shot, it's almost like a dance.

Amazing and dramatic light makes the point to this photograph. Sculpture photography is not always well considered but you've got a great composition here and you had a great eye with the light that makes the figures go live. Really nice. (And great web site!!!).
